The Rolling Stones are set to release a remastered ‘Exile on Main Street’. While looking through their collection of studio songs, they discovered 10 forgotton tracks that never made it onto the album, which was released in 1972.

The first of those songs is Plundered My Soul which is being released shortly and will be available on iTunes as well as on the album, which has a release date of May 14th 2010.
Further undiscovered tracks on the album include “Dancing in the Light”, “Following the River”, and “Pass the Wine”.

The film based on a comic book series has been received fantastic reviews of audiences being in a state of giggles and laughter as the story unfolds on screen. The story features a comic book obsessed school boy, with an equal obsession with the internet, of becoming a real life super hero.
The film also features a father and daughter super hero team called Hit Girl and Big Daddy, who team up with Kick-Ass to create more hilarious situations for the film, including the crazy super hero schooling of the young Hit Girl.
Nicholas Cage has been talking about the inspiration behind his Batman styled costume for the recently released Kick-Ass movie. In the interview by MTV, Cage explains the reasons why they used the Batman costume.
Have you seen Kick-Ass yet?
What did you think of the film and which where the funniest moments for you?
Shia LaBeouf commented that he hated the Transformers 2 movie, “I couldn’t decipher what was happening. There were storyline paths I just wouldn’t have gone down.” Even Megan Fox commented that she thought it was totally confusing.
Transformers 3 is going to be a huge improvement he adds, and has total faith in the directors Michael Bay and Steven Speilberg, who are out to make this the best Transformers movie that could be possibly made.
The film is to be released on 1st July 2011 and includes some new characters. I’m looking forward to this one being a huge improvement on the second film and can’t wait for its release.
Where you one of the many fans that didn’t like Transformers 2? Whats your thoughts on the third movie, what storyline would you like to see?
Theres been a long list of possible actresses to play the role of Wonder Woman in the film version of this super heroine. Possible A-List stars for the role have included Megan Fox, Eliza Dushku and Beyonce.
The film is expected to be released sometime in 2011 and is still in the planning stages. So when the previous Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter commented on the US television show ‘Good Morning LA’ that Sandra Bullock would be ‘great in the role’, then the rumours started.
It also started some contraversy as she was also reported as saying that Sandra Bullock may be too old for the role, which has been denied by Lynda Carter.
Either way the film will attract thousands of Wonder Woman fans, irrespective of who plays the role.
The latest 3D movie to be announced is a CGI movie of Popeye (SlashFilm).
You can be sure of cans of spinch being popped open by the muscle bound sailor, right in front of you! Maybe Olive and Brutus (Bluto) will be reaching out towards you during what i would expect is an action packed slapstick approach to the new movie. The storyline is under wraps at the moment but its sure to be a great 3D film.
Whatever happens, I’m sure the Spiderman film producer Avi Arad, will make this a great film to watch in 3D. I’m off to get my popcorn and glasses now!
Are you guilty of saving your favourite comics, piles of them collecting dust in the back of your wardrobe or in a box in the attic?
Just me then… well not really, but every now and again I come across a few comics that are mixed up with some books or magazines. Great memories of reading them when I was a kid and the jokes are still as funny!
There is a good reason for keeping a select few of them, just recently the LA Times reported that a copy of a comic book featuring the debut of Superman in 1938 was sold for $1.5M thats about £1M at todays rates. Do you have one hidden away somewhere (maybe your dad does?).
I’m not sure that the Beano or Dandy will sell for as much, but it just goes to show that those collecters of comics are prepared to pay big money for those special first editions.
Check out those boxes in the attic, I’m off to check mine now!
